US mogul Donald Trump has announced he will appeal after his legal challenge to a planned offshore wind project which could be seen from his golf resort on the Aberdeenshire coast was rejected by the Court of Session in Edinburgh.
He claimed the £230m European Offshore Wind Deployment Centre (EOWDC) would spoil the view from his golf course at Menie. He went to court to challenge the Scottish Government’s consent for the project.
